While Maronda is trained in a variety of treatment modalities, she has found a particular call to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Through her training and practice, Maronda has seen firsthand how EMDR can help clients find healing from the inside out.
EMDR is a type of therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to tap into the brain’s natural healing processes. Beyond treating the outward symptoms of trauma and mental illness, EMDR can help clients get to the root of their suffering and build meaningful and sustainable change.
